New Generation Cleaning take Work Health & Safety seriously. Guided by our Work Health and Safety Management system, we are always maintain employment relations and Work Health and Safety to ensure all policies, working procedures, OH&S and regulations set out by the company are compliant with the laws and regulations of the Australian Legislation to protect our clients, staff, those working on our behalf, and other people who might be affected by the work. We are driven by our mandate of continuous improvement and our staffs are acquired with the essential technical knowledge.
Staff Management System
Our Staff Management System monitors employees when they are working onsite to ensure delivery of high quality and consistent cleaning services to our clients. It also allows us to achieve continuous improvement in our cleaning services.
Clients can leave feedback to us via the system and our cleaners can also report any issues they experience onsite while cleaning via the system.
Once we receive the feedback or issues, our Customer Service Team will communicate with our clients and cleaners via telephone or email to work out the best solution for rectifying the issue immediately.
Site Quality Management System and Customer Service
- Our Site Managers will meet and meet with clients or client representatives on site regularly to ensure they are satisfied with our cleaning services.
- Site Managers will regularly inspect client sites to ensure scope of work, processes and procedures have been followed and carried out properly.
- If we receive any feedback or issue from client and we will do our best to rectify the issue immediately and work out a solution to avoid the same issue happened in the future.
Our goal is to provide the best cleaning and customer services to our clients so they can focus on their daily work without worrying about the cleaning.
